Trick to watch for if you are negotiating with a bank on buying a foreclosure

Here is something we've just started to see in the Ann Arbor real estate market. So it is probably also happening to some home buyers in Howell.

The banks are dropping their prices once they get involved in a negotiation to try and bring any other buyers out of the woodwork.
